Shipping Information
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. During busy periods such as sales or holidays, processing times may take a little longer.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer both Standard and Express shipping options.

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Express Shipping: Delivered within 1–3 business days for metro areas and 2–5 business days for regional areas.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or postal delays).
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your country and may take 7–21 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery option, location, and order size. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Lost or Delayed Orders
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the courier. If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an inquiry with the shipping provider.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be:

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be approved for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as undergarments, socks, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee refunds or exchanges for items lost in return transit.
